Kirkland Steak House for Lunch

The Kirkland Steak House has new owners!!! They are completely remodeling the interior (at least 15 dumpsters!). They can't do much to the outside, it's in The National Historic Register. The place is now clean and neat. And they have food.
Interesting, there are nearly 1,800 people living in Kirkland! Where?
