Empathy is considered by many to be the most in-demand skill in today's workplace. Project SAVE will visit this topic again. Our November meeting will feature a discussion about Empathy by Karin Jones. Karin Jones is currently a Program Manager for Salien. For more than 20 years, she has been active in transformational initiatives, focusing on the importance of planning for, understanding, and effectively communicating change in innovative ways that resonate with employees. Ms. Jones has used her experience, education, and passion for change to drive projects for both Fortune 500 and Government clients.
