Our December meeting will feature a discussion about Women in Leadership. Join Andrea Grant of Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. as she discusses how important mentoring and coaching of women is to get more representation in the C-Suite, as well as ways to implement programs to facilitate their success. She’ll also discuss the hiring biases that keep women, especially women of color, from advancing and how to combat them. Plus trends in women CEOs over the decade, according to the latest Challenger data.
Also, in lieu of our holiday event this year, we would like to ask our community to be generous with our Toys for Tots Drive. Unfortunately we will not be able to meet in person for our toys drive but if you are able to donate virtually, we would very much appreciate it. The link is below.
