Laughter Yoga and Meditation
Join us for an hour of playful, empowering and stress-reducing laughter and breathing exercises, followed by guided meditation, during this fun-filled Laughter Yoga session for Seniors, but no one will be turned away. Non-seniors register in the office rather than online. Documented research has shown laughter, and Laughter Yoga is a great and easy way to lower blood pressure and cholesterol, ease pain and change attitudes. No poses, no experience or special clothing necessary. Sessions are led by CLYT, Carole Holcomb. Registration required through Southside Community Center, $18 for members, $26 for non-members for the series which meets to Laugh from 9/11-12/18.

Join us for fun and laughter as you discover the many health benefits of Laughter Yoga. First introduced in India in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria, Laughter Yoga is now practiced all over the world. Laughter Yoga exercises are easy and fun. No special clothes, shoes or equipment needed. No skills to learn...just a willingness to laugh and have fun!
