Finishing Well – It has been said, “We should begin with the end in mind” and here is an opportunity to do just that. Make plans now to join us as Rich Gwaltney from Hospice of Wake County leads us in this seminar and discussion about end of life care and advance care planning with specific application to the LGBT community. We will also receive an overview of the Hospice of Wake County services including palliative care, home care, hospice and bereavement care.
