Glow Yoga Folly Beach

We are SOOO excited to bring this back!!!! Join Shane for a fun and playful Glow Yoga practice under the new moon. Bring your glow sticks, towel/mat/tapestry, and meet us on the beach for glow-in-the-dark movement and connection.

~Glow sticks – preferably not the blinking kind, or at least with a steady light setting. Walmart and sometimes the dollar store usually have them in stock.
~A beach towel, mat, or tapestry
~Water
~Friends – always nice to carpool :)
~ Or come alone and make some new ones.
