Spend a restorative Sunday afternoon and evening with us in King City, unwinding through guided breathing, Kirtan meditation, ending off with an incredible home-cooked vegetarian/vegan dinner.

Kirtan - the singing or chanting of a sacred mantras is an easy yet sublime method of yoga meditation that has been practiced since time immemorial. It is as universal as the sunrise. It transcends all languages nationalities and religion faiths.

Kirtan is known for its ability to calm the mind, open the heart, and connect people with their true self, and with others. It is a form of meditation in motion, where the music and chanting serve as a pathway to stillness and deep relaxation.

At this event, we will also practice some deep breathing exercises and Mala bead meditation. These exercises are designed to help you relax, focus, and clear your mind, making it easier to get the most out of the meditation practice.

Whether you are new to kirtan or have been practicing for years, attending a kirtan event is a wonderful way to connect with yourself, others, and the divine. So come join us to experience the sweet taste of inner peace and spiritual happiness!

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM VEGETARIAN MEAL
Enjoy a delicious home-cooked vegetarian meal, that is sure to leave you feeling nourished and satisfied inside and out.
