Spend a restorative Sunday afternoon with us in gorgeous King City. Unwind and relax during our guided breathing meditation, followed by invigorating Kirtan meditation, ending off with an incredible home-cooked vegetarian/vegan dinner outdoors (weather permitting).

3:45 PM - 5:00 PM RELAXATION MEDITATION & KIRTAN
Unwind during a relaxing meditation session. Kirtan meditation is the heart and soul of yoga. Hearing and chanting of sacred mantras or transcendental sounds woven together with music and melody, nourishes our deepest need for inner happiness, peace, and joy. Don't miss this chance to experience the transformative power of kirtan!
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM VEGETARIAN MEAL
Enjoy a delicious home-cooked vegetarian meal, that is sure to leave you feeling nourished and satisfied inside and out.
