During our time together, we’ll explore how Mindfulness Meditation can help us become more grounded in the present moment—cultivating inner stability, strength, calm, and ease.
Life is often uncertain and challenging. While we may not be able to control what happens around us, we can learn to respond more skillfully by tapping into our inner resources. As our ability to cope deepens, so does our capacity to truly enjoy life.
While all you need is to bring yourself, it might be nice to bring some flowers or/and a candle to create a meditation space for you.
