Evolution Fast Food is a 100% vegan restaurant offering delicious, handcrafted, affordable, plant-based options to course-correct humanity's impact on mother earth. It's one of the longest-running vegan restaurants and was the very first vegan drive-thru (at the old location).

Evolution features a variety of foods, from tacos and burritos to fresh cut fries and home-made burgers and sandwiches. Also offered are smoothies, shakes, soft serve, home-made beverages, and gluten-free options. Most of the food is made in-house, even the ketchup and the ranch dressing.

We recommend (for healthiest options): Raw Fiesta Burger (made with Tracy's REAL Foods raw burger patties), You can get this burger on any type of bun including cabbage!, The Carne Asada and/or Mushroom Tacos and The BLTA sandwich (made with tempeh bacon).
