Start Your Year with Presence, Not Pressure
As the world rushes back into its relentless pace after the holidays, gift yourself something different. This half-day retreat offers a sanctuary of stillness—a chance to step away from the noise and reconnect with what truly matters.
In a culture that glorifies busyness, mindfulness is your quiet rebellion. It's the practice of coming home to yourself, of meeting this moment—and this year—with clarity, compassion, and renewed purpose.

Why Mindfulness Matters Now
The start of a new year often brings pressure to achieve, produce, and transform overnight. But real growth happens in the spaces between—in the gentle pause, the conscious breath, the choice to simply be rather than endlessly do.
Mindfulness practice invites you to:

  • Release the weight of past regrets and future anxieties
  • Cultivate inner calm amid life's inevitable storms
  • Develop self-compassion as you navigate challenges
  • Discover the profound peace that exists beneath the surface of your busy mind
  • Build resilience through present-moment awareness

This retreat is your opportunity to begin again—not with harsh resolutions, but with tender intention.

What Awaits You
Guided Meditations
Journey inward with expertly led meditation practices designed to anchor you in the present moment. Whether you're sitting in stillness for the first time or deepening an established practice, these sessions will guide you home to yourself—teaching you to observe your thoughts without judgment and find the spaciousness that exists within.

Walking Meditation
Step into a practice as ancient as it is profound—meditation in motion. Experience the simple act of walking transformed into a gateway to presence, where each footfall becomes a return to the here and now. Feel the earth beneath you, notice the rhythm of your stride, and discover how movement itself can be a meditation, grounding you in your body while quieting the restless mind.

Mindful Movement
Awaken your body with gentle, intentional movement that bridges the gap between mind and physical presence. Through slow, conscious practices, you'll learn to listen to your body's wisdom, release stored tension, and experience the joy of inhabiting your physical form with full awareness.

Poetry and Songs
Let the beauty of carefully chosen words and melodies touch something deep within you. Poetry and song have a unique way of bypassing our analytical minds and speaking directly to the heart—creating moments of connection, inspiration, and unexpected insight that linger long after the retreat ends.

Loving-Kindness Infused Full Body Relaxation
Surrender into a deeply restorative relaxation experience that weaves together body awareness with loving-kindness meditation. Feel every part of yourself held in gentle compassion as you're guided through a practice that soothes the nervous system, releases layers of tension, and reminds you that you are worthy of care and tenderness.
