This group is for team leaders and people managers who want to understand team dynamics beyond what interviews, assessments, and regular meetings can show.
We use a simple role-play format inspired by D&D: a facilitator sets a challenging situation, and the team has to respond. There are no scripts and no “right” answers. What happens next is shaped entirely by the participants.
We deliberately create conditions of uncertainty - this is where real behavior appears. You see how decisions are made, who takes the lead, how conflict is handled, how responsibility is shared, and how people work together when things are unclear.
After each game, we help your team make sense of what happened through a guided reflection - turning observations into clear insights and practical next steps you can apply right away.
