The Universe on Call - Trial Open Session

This is a trial session - a safe way to experience the format and see how it works in practice. No preparation is needed, and there is nothing to “get right.”

What happens when there is no plan, no script, and no clear rules - and decisions still have to be made?

The Universe on Call is a live role-play game set in an unpredictable world where responsibility shifts, information is incomplete, and order can change at any moment. Participants step into a situation where they are “on call” for the system as a whole - required to act, adapt, and make sense of chaos as it unfolds.

This session is designed for individual participation. You don’t need to come with your team. Instead, you get a chance to observe your own behavior patterns in situations where structure disappears and pressure is real.

During the game, you’ll notice:
- how you adapt to sudden change
- how your focus and self-control hold up under pressure
- which behavior patterns appear by default
- how you act without clear rules, roles, or guidance
- how flexible and resourceful you are in the moment

For leaders and people managers, this open session also offers a chance to experience the format first-hand and assess how such a game could work for your team. You’ll see what becomes visible in conditions of uncertainty - and what kinds of insights teams can take away.

The game is followed by a facilitated reflection, helping participants make sense of what happened and turn observations into practical insights they can use at work.
