What we’re about
Welcome tree and nature lovers! In this Meetup, members will learn how help trees thrive by freeing them of non-native invasive vines zapping their energy and by listening to them. As we walk through parks in Irondequoit, Penfield and Mendon making sure the trees are thriving, you will get to experience the joy of a grateful tree by freeing it of invasive vines, clearing the space around it so it can more easily communicate more with other trees, people and animals. Another benefit from helping trees is that our mind is more at peace and our emotions are centered.
Join us in returning to our "roots" as Druids--the original tree whisperers! Bring some clippers and learn about tools of the trade of tree whispering.
Dues are not required to take part in this meetup. Our intention with this Meetup group is for more people all over the world to learn how to be proactive in helping trees and communicate with the wisdom of the trees.
With gratitude to my friend, Jen Ward for showing me the communion that can exist between people and trees and how it can raise our vibration. Please see Jen's website, Jenuine Healing to learn more about how to empower and heal yourself.
Upcoming events (4+)
See all- Celebrate Crafts and DemocracyWegmans Pittsford Plaza, Rochester, NY
Join us to get back to our creativity and our empowerment by making jewelry, knitting scarves, and creating community. [You don't have to be especially "crafty."}
One focus will be to make bracelets or other crafts like scarves, for ourselves and to give to others. The friendship bracelets are a way to connect to those you meet who may need some encouragement (inspired by Jen Ward of Jenuine Healing.)
Another focus is to see how we can live more empowered lives.
If you are inspired we will have materials to create signs for upcoming events supporting democracy.Optional: Bring along a few supplies if you have them like stretch cord, favorite beads, or sign materials etc. to share resources. Or just bring yourself.
