Join us for a gentle afternoon on two wheels and in stillness.
We’ll start with a beginner-friendly mountain bike ride through the woods, moving at a relaxed pace and supporting each other along the trail. No pressure, no rush—just fresh air, laughter, and the simple joy of riding.
At some point during the ride, we’ll gather by the river for a guided meditation. The water’s rhythm will help us slow down, ground ourselves, and breathe deeply together.

  • Bring: Your bike, helmet, water, and an open heart. A small towel or blanket for sitting by the river is optional.
  • Who: This is for beginners and the bike-curious—all are welcome.
