At SOUND + REIKI, you'll be treated to a special sound bath focused on gently soothing your nervous system and inviting deep relaxation.

🌙 What to Expect:

• A cozy, welcoming space with all props provided ~ no need to bring anything but yourself (and a journal if you would like).
• Elise will softly guide you to set an intention, take deep, nourishing breaths, and release any lingering tension.
• Sink into the comfort of sound waves that wash over and through your body, calming your mind and filling your spirit with peace and pleasure.
• Distance Reiki will be administered throughout the experience, as well as hands on Reiki toward the end.
