Are you interested in getting to know your canopied neighbors? Have you been curious about what it means to channel? Does the thought of spending two hours connecting with trees (and any nearby animals) and walking around Richmond-area parks sound like a fun way to spend your afternoon?

Join us as we walk amongst and stop to speak with/commune with nature in this monthly gathering. The second Sunday of every month (rain or shine), we'll meet up at a local park, have a meditation, and spend some time with the trees in the area as we help our central nervous systems get tuned into the tree channel (trust us, it's deeply therapeutic).

Meet by the Hampton Street Entrance (1700 Hampton St) at Maymont. We will make a loop of the entire estate, so please wear comfortable shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, bring some water and a notebook if you'd like to spend time writing.
