Kelly Cordes is a 4th generation member of the Cordes family in Arizona. His great-grandfather John Henry Cordes settled in Arizona in 1883 in what is now known as Cordes Junction. Kelly recently retired after 19 years of teaching US history in Prescott schools, and has spoken before many civic groups extolling the Constitution and the teaching of it.
