🛬 **Day 1 – MONDAY 12/29/25**

Land Flores 9:55 AM. An ENTONCES volunteer will meet & transport you to hotel.
Check in- Drop bags. The day is yours’ to rest, get acclimated, and explore the colonial village of Flores. Stroll the cobblestones. Shop local crafts. Feel the Lake Petén Itzá breeze.
Evening: Welcome dinner with group and local Team on second-floor balcony at La Terraza → Lake lights, quiet plates. *80’s Music (really).*

🌅 **Day 2 – TUESDAY 12/30/25**

Sunrise Tikal –AM pickup by ENTONCES volunteer at your hotel.
Transportation to Tikal archeological site with *Private (English speaking) guided tour*. Tikal was the seat of Mayan government and a central point of commerce and religion for the region.
*Note: The golden-hour sun makes the temples shine with wonder - even wilder than Machu Picchu.*
Lakeside Lunch
Return to Flores village mid-afternoon.
Evening free: Flores is teeming with Multicultural restaurants and a truly safe nightlife.

❤️ **Day 3 – WEDNESDAY 12/31/25 – NEW YEAR’S EVE**

Morning: *Providing Hope*: We will go to a Guatemalan Costco equivalent and purchase – rice, beans, oil, canned dry goods and basic foods for Life.
Next, we will meet at a local rally point and assemble “Canastas” (food baskets) with local volunteers. These food baskets provide basic needs to families for weeks.
Then, we will drive 20-30 minutes to a Kaqchikel-speaking village and meet true Mayan people.
*You will Hand-deliver aid, change lives, and Make Friends.* You will see their smiles of appreciation and the spirit of perseverance in the eyes of those you help.
Evening: Dinner at Los Amigos Youth Hostel located just below the Church Square. Lots of young people and families.
Dinner is Guatemalan “fancy: with uproarious music and ample spirits.

🥂 **Day 4 – THURSDAY 1/1/26 – NEW YEAR’S DAY**

BRUNCH in Flores.
Kayak on Lake Petén Itzá with German owner of Flores premier Kayaking destination.
Enjoy calm , clear water with *Mimosas, fruit, tortillas and more.* Explore 38 sq miles of pristine fresh-water lake (or stay by the Village of Flores). You’ll meet friends and see incredible sights.
Afternoon free: Swim. Nap. Explore.

6:15 AM airport drop → TAG 121 departs 7:20 AM
An ENTONCES volunteer will meet you at your hotel and transport you to the airport.
