Expedition – The Dallas Bryson on Interstate 93

This is the opening session of the living world mini campaign of the Continental Divide; this is a mini campaign set in a homebrew Ashes Without End setting.

The Survivors have escaped from Copperhead Mountain, exhausted, footsore and half frozen as an unseasonable summer blizzard sweeps into the Salmon River Valley. It has been agreed that while most of the group take shelter in the ruins of the Old Foley Ranch, a smaller group will brave the storm, take the best winter clothing and push onto the Dallas Bryson Diner and Gas and prepare the way for the rest of the group.

In the changing world there is more to fear than the freezing temperatures, the “Drowned” now stalk the winter landscape, and as you set out into the falling snow you soon discover it is tainted with ash and more of the strange ochre particulates that fell on the night the world that was came to its end.

The interstate diner however promises food and shelter, and a place to build a sanctuary against the hostile new world.
