We will create physical vision boards, hiking with materials to Torrey Pines.

We will do a Presence through Movement sequence, a guided meditation, then work on vision boards together by the incredible view. There is a chance as it's Saturday that we could be relegated to an area to work with no view.

Prep: Foam boards will be provided- there will be a couple extras but signing up in advance will ensure you get a board. For materials & Meetup's $300/yearly fee, a donation is requested.

Attire: Workout clothes, comfortable shoes, Sunscreen, hat/sunglasses

Timing: Please arrive at 1:30 pm. It takes about 30 min often to park because Saturday it's very busy. Allow for 30 min to park. We will meet and chat by the entrance to the hike, from the paid parking lot. You do not need to use the paid parking lot. It's $20 if you are arriving later or prefer to use the lot. Carpooling is highly encouraged.

Extra credit: bring your old magazines! 'Buy Nothing' is a hyperlocal group that is recommended, after you implement the Marie Kondo process.
They frequently have old magazines that you could pick up, if you post saying you are looking for old magazines.
