What we’re about
Welcome to Heartsong Circle!
We are a diverse and open-minded community dedicated to supporting one another as we navigate the glorious and tumultuous seasons of life. Our primary focus is on weaving a vibrant and nurturing community by reconnecting to Self and Source.
Our Heartfelt Community: Our Heartsong Community Center opens its doors frequently, offering a diverse range of events. These gatherings encompass activities such as yoga, ecstatic dance, breathwork, and ceremonial experiences. Additionally, the center provides a nurturing environment for a homeschool cooperative, where children can explore and learn while connecting with nature’s rhythms.
A Commitment to Connection: Throughout the year, we host numerous events that align with our mission to create deeply integrated and connected families. Our aim is to guide younger generations in fostering connections with both their environment and the broader community.
At Heartsong Circle, we're on a shared journey of self-discovery, community building, and the celebration of life's phases. Join us in creating a more harmonious and interconnected world.

About Minta:

Minta has traveled to yoga's origin, Rishikesh in northern India, in search of context and understanding of yoga's roots. After 2 years of facilitating workshops regularly, under the guidance and mentorship of Moore, Minta became a certified Facilitator-Trainer for the nonprofit organization. - Yoga with Minta5685 Sand Rd, Bellingham, WA$20.00

Holotropic Breathwork® is a rich and potent tool for the exploration and understanding of personal consciousness.
Using the breath and evocative music, the workshop group creates a supportive space where participants can access expanded states of awareness and the Inner Healer, the innate healing wisdom of consciousness within each of us.
During the workshop, participants have the opportunity to be both a breather and a sitter. While breathing, participants may have sensory, biographical, perinatal, or transpersonal experiences that provide opportunities to address unfinished business from the past, traumatic events, cycles of birth/death/rebirth, or a variety of encounters with the inner and outer worlds. As a sitter, participants will help create a safe, supportive container for their breather to journey within.
The March 2nd workshop was particularly magical. Longtime and new friends brought their curiosity, courage and vulnerability. A warm community heartbeat could be felt in that little circle, and I feel it still today.
I invite you to join me and Anna Romenenko, facilitator in training, in the wonder of Holotropic community on May 18th, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The registration link is below. For those who will be attending for their first time, an intro to Holotropic Breathwork® Zoom meeting will be scheduled sometime in the week before the workshop.
Registration is $235.00. There are four work trade scholarships available for a $100 reduction in the registration fee. Two scholarships are available each for set-up/take-down of the breathwork space and food prep/kitchen clean-up. Please reach out to me should you wish to secure a scholarship position. Three scholarships remain.
