For many of us these days, worrying is a full-time job. By reacting to the inevitable challenges and stresses of life with an anxious or negative mind, we not only make matters worse but also get stuck in a victim mentality -- relating to ourself as a 'worrier' who can't handle it, rather than a 'warrior' who can.
Through Buddhist meditation and wisdom we can flip the script and learn how to respond to difficulties with a calm, steady mind - skillfully letting go of stress and anxiety, and even transforming them into opportunities for growth and development.
