When the world feels heavy, we wish we could do more to help. Through exploring practices for transforming discouragement into compassion and fear into courage, we learn to open our hearts. In this way, we discover a deep inner strength that brings a peace to our own mind which naturally benefits others. Teachings and guided meditations drawn from Buddha’s wisdom will help us turn our daily life into the path of love.
