In this eight part series, we will explore Eight Steps to Happiness, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s commentary on The Eight Verses of Training the Mind, written by the 11th-century master Langri Tangpa. These concise yet profound teachings guide us in reversing the habit of self-centeredness, developing authentic compassion, and using every experience, pleasant or painful, as fuel for awakening, yielding courageous determination and psychological resilience.
