We all have wishes—to be happier, more patient, less judgmental. But sometimes it feels something is blocking our way. According to Buddha’s teachings, we all have extraordinary potential: our negative habits and discouraging thoughts don’t define us—they’re just obstacles in our mind that we can learn to remove. Through engaging in meditation and hearing Buddha’s practical wisdom we can train to let go of our inner obstructions and move toward the life we truly wish for —one based on clarity, confidence and inner peace.
