Calm Mind, Bright World: Nurturing Compassion: Tom McGuire Saturday 10:00am -11:00am
Join us to explore the role of equanimity and compassion in maintaining a balanced and loving mind during troubling times, locally and globally. Through Buddha’s teachings, we learn how to prevent burnout, slow down, and cultivate the love and understanding needed to create the peaceful communities we all want. We attain these through reconnecting with our peace within so we can ground our equanimity in order to generate compassion in the face of suffering.
