Even in the most difficult times, a mind of compassion produces a mind of peace. Whether we struggle in our daily lives or with stress over the state of the world, we can attain a calm and peaceful mind through listening to and practicing Buddha’s teachings. In meditation, we can transform our mind of struggle and stress into a mind of universal compassion and then apply this mind through our day to find a peaceful mind breath by breath, day by day.
