🌸✨ Women Circle Gatherings: Held Monthly in Kensington, San Diego ✨🌸

In a world that never stops, how do we find our center? How do we navigate burnout and stay present? 🌍💫 Finding deep and meaningful connections with Women is my passion which is why I gather women together monthly to explore different topics; to share, to unite and to never feel alone.

Join us for nourishing sister gatherings/workshops where we create a safe and brave space for women to come together and share their experiences and their truth. This is your invitation to slow down, connect, and nourish your soul through the practice of community, intention, and meditation. đź’–

Together, we'll explore what's showing up in our lives and support each other on our journey to balance and presence. Feel the power of sisterhood and the deep connections that form when we gather with intention. 🌿👭

Let’s embrace the gift of slowing down and find our center together. 🌺

## Our Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing evenings are designed to be an oasis in the rush of daily life.

You'll settle into fully-supported poses, your body held by bolsters and blankets, while the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes wash through you. There's no effort required here—just a willingness to soften, to release, to let the weight of the world slip away for a little while.
This is more than relaxation. It's a remembering:
The way your breath can untangle knotted thoughts
How stillness can be more nourishing than action
That your nervous system knows how to come home—if given the chance
As the sound waves move through you and your body sinks deeper into support, you might notice layers of tension—physical, emotional—begin to dissolve. There's space here for whatever arises: exhaustion, peace, quiet grief, sudden clarity. All of it is welcome. All of it held.

### What makes these gatherings special isn't just the practices themselves, but the intentional container we create together.

A sacred pause where you're reminded that rest isn't selfish—it's how we refill our cups so we can show up more fully for our lives.
Whether you're new to restorative practices or a seasoned seeker of stillness, you'll leave feeling:

  • More present in your body
  • More connected to your breath
  • More trusting of the wisdom that emerges when we stop long enough to listen

This is the gift I needed most when I was lost in seeking—and the one I'm honored to now offer you. A space where healing begins not with doing, but with being. Not with answers, but with presence.

### Come as you are. Leave remembering who you've been all along.
