🌸✨ Women Circle Gatherings: Held Monthly in Kensington, San Diego ✨🌸
In a world that never stops, how do we find our center? How do we navigate burnout and stay present? 🌍💫 Finding deep and meaningful connections with Women is my passion which is why I gather women together monthly to explore different topics; to share, to unite and to never feel alone.
Join us for nourishing sister gatherings/workshops where we create a safe and brave space for women to come together and share their experiences and their truth. This is your invitation to slow down, connect, and nourish your soul through the practice of community, intention, and meditation. đź’–
Together, we'll explore what's showing up in our lives and support each other on our journey to balance and presence. Feel the power of sisterhood and the deep connections that form when we gather with intention. 🌿đź‘
Let’s embrace the gift of slowing down and find our center together. 🌺

Restorative Yoga, Breath Work & Sound Healing Event
Yoga One, 1920 Fort Stockton Dr, San Diego, CA, USThis event is about something that sounds so simple, but is actually really hard: learning how to be comfortable in stillness when distraction feels so much easier.
We live in a world that keeps us busy — always moving, doing, scrolling, or chasing the next thing that gives us a little hit of relief. But no matter how much we reach for those things, it usually lands us back in the same place: tired, disconnected, and going through the motions.
The invitation is this:
✨ What if stillness could feel safe?
✨ What if you didn’t have to look outside yourself for comfort?I get that it can feel awkward, even unbearable sometimes. I’ve been there too. But here’s what I’ve learned: once you let yourself lean in, it changes everything.
This is why I love teaching restorative yoga, and why adding breathwork and sound healing makes it even more powerful. Together, in community, we can quiet the outside world long enough to hear ourselves again.
When the nervous system finally feels safe, the patterns of numbing, controlling, or distracting start to ease up. In their place, we find something softer — more grounded, more nourishing.
Stillness helps us unravel those cycles at the root. It teaches us how to stop chasing, stop people-pleasing, and stop reaching for something outside to make the discomfort go away.
Instead, we learn to feel. To notice what’s really happening inside. To get curious, and to meet it with compassion instead of judgment.
This is when the shift happens.
We start looking inward instead of outward. We begin to trust ourselves.
We check in with our bodies instead of asking the world for answers. And the more we do this, the more our inner wisdom shows up to guide us.
On the other side of that letting go, something softens. The grip we’ve been holding onto finally loosens, and all the energy we’ve spent trying to control just… releases. That’s when stillness stops being something we resist, and becomes something that holds us.
It’s when exhaustion turns into renewal, and striving turns into trust.
From that place, we move through the world differently — more present, more steady, and more grounded. And that presence naturally creates a ripple, showing others what’s possible when we choose to slow down.
