Welcome to this meetup if you attended the 'Counting breaths meditation' workshop before. We want to build up the habit of daily meditation following the guidelines.
If you are new to this meditation I invite you to join the Beginners' group.

Agenda

  • Each member reviews the week's practice in the check-in form.
  • Meditate for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Members share successes, benefits and difficulties.
  • Discuss ways of resolving the difficulties.
  • Meditate for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Review the usefulness of the meeting.
