We will leave from the Forest Hill T stop station lot at 11:00AM. We will tour through the Harvard Arboretum and make our way through Boston Parks to Faneuil Hall and stop for dinner at Quincy Market. Many flowers should be in bloom. We will finish off by taking the metro to return to Forest Hill. Carpooling will help since parking is limited. I plan to try to park at the metro lot. You can try street parking but plan to leave time to search since parking is limited.

Note that this is the Saturday on Mother’s Day weekend.

ADK Rating: 10+ miles at a moderate pace with stops for seeing sights, snacks, tea, or coffee. No pets. You must stay with the group.

Priority will be given to those who I have hiked with before due to the long day and travel involved with the hike. You don’t have to register at the ADK site. Just RSVP here and if accepted you will be moved from the waitlist. You will need to sign a waiver when we meet.

Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to event so those on the wait list can attend. There will be a limit due to challenges of herding people through the city.

Required Equipment: Dress appropriate for weather with comfortable walking shoes. Snacks and water are recommended but we will be able to do coffee and snack stops along the way. Umbrellas are suggested or other rain gear if rain is in the forecast.

May cancel for heavy rain or shorten time in Boston depending on duration of rain.
