This Sacred Day Retreat, as we transition into the New Year, is intended to help you Anchor more deeply in your Heart and open more to Love in 2025. Align with your Higher Self, your Divine I Am Presence and Open more to giving & receiving the Love that you truly Are. The more we anchor in the Truth of our Heart, the more we open up to a life of greater Joy, Ease, Love & Grace. Fully open your Heart to the Light of your Self, aided by Cacao & the Ceremonial Retreat Space, so that you may move into the New Year more anchored in your Heart Light, letting go of all energies that no longer serve you. This Retreat is also an opportunity to pause & reflect on the year passed, as one cycle ends, and to set Intentions for the new cycle of 2025. We are also blessed with the energy of the first full moon of 2026, supporting you to relase the old of 2025. Welcome a Bright, New 2026!

Take time out to fully nourish, restore and nurture yourself as the year ends and gently and consciously transition into a New Year full of fresh, infinite possibilities. You can accelerate your spiritual growth by intentional inner journeying at the cusp of the New Year. This will be a deeply healing, restoring & nourishing sacred Retreat, full of Peace, Love, Joy & Stillness. There is also an option to attend only the Opening Cacao & Rose Ceremony with Gong Bath from 1145am-3pm (3 spots only).

Take a day out from your daily life, at this auspicious time on the cusp of the New Year, to restore the Sacred connection to your Higher Self. Relax, release the old, realign, reconnect & dive more deeper into the Peace, Love & Stillness within, welcoming 2026 with open arms. Journeying together in a Group in Sacred Ceremonial Space at this time provides a powerful Alchemical Chamber for Inner Growth & Transformation.

An intimate Retreat day, in a lovingly held safe sacred space, working with the Spirit of Cacao, to open your Heart. Cacao is a sacred ceremonial medicine used by the ancients in Southern and Central America for thousands of years, where it was seen as “a hotline to the Divine”. Cacao is a light and gentle plant medicine, but it can also work more deeply on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Also working with Rose as a gentle feminine plant spirit that opens your heart & connects you to your Divine Feminine energy, supporting you to find inner Sacred Union.

In sacred circle in our Cacao Ceremony, we will Journal + share our Intentions for 2026 & reflections on 2025, in the spirit of Unity, Equality and Community, all Hearts’ joining as One. We will have some gentle movement meditation to help release stuck energy & welcome in the New. Then, we will each have an opportunity to give and receive Unconditional Love in a sacred Group Heart Blessing and Meditation using recorded music to open the Heart & end with a mini Gong Bath.

After the Cacao Ceremony, we will share a Community Brunch (please bring healthy vegetarian/vegan food to share) and then enjoy some Sacred Rest to rebalance your nervous system. Working also with the power of Fire, as a sacred transmuter of lower energy in a purifying, cleansing & releasing Fire Ceremony. The Fire Ceremony will be supported with the power of the sacred Drum, Movement, sacred Sound & Energy Healing. Release the old of 2025 so you may open more to the Bright New of 2026!

We end the Retreat with a longer Gong Bath to align you with your Higher Self, and wash away any lower energies, and a Closing Circle + Grounding.

In order to get the maximum benefit from the Cacao:
☼ Do your best to avoid alcohol, caffeine or any other intoxicants for a few days prior
☼ Eat breakfast by 10am on the day of the Retreat & arrive hydrated
☼ Avoid caffeine & alcohol on the day of the Retreat
☼ If you are taking anti-depressants, please email me on frjavaid@gmail.com before the Retreat as these can be impacted by the Cacao
