Awareness in the present moment is the core of mindfulness. All levels are welcome at this class, where we will study different pranayama (breathing) techniques and learn techniques to aid us in our meditation. These techniques will serve as tools to help us navigate through everyday emotions and stressors that frequently arise in our lives. You will be guided step by step through your study of mindfulness meditation.

Feel free to bring your favorite meditation props. Mats, cushions, blankets, bolsters, and back support devices are available for our use, free of charge.
