Hello everyone:

I would like to introduce myself and invite you to join me for an enlightening session of guided meditation designed especially for educators because you need it! I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I have been in this field for a few years, and I love to assist people engage in a more relaxing life and improve their lives by setting healthier goals. During these sessions, we will explore ways to help stress relief, and self-empowerment through guided-meditation techniques. Dive deep into breathing meditation, relaxation, and transformation as we focus on the holistic wellness. I will guide you through a journey of self-improvement and mental clarity, drawing upon mindfulness meditation. Unwind, rejuvenate, and discover new ways to cultivate a peaceful mind amidst the challenges of the education field. I will have different types of meditation sessions each week for certain goals. This week, I will start by conducting a Relaxation Meditation session through Guided Imagery. Next week, I will do a session to help with insomnia. During these sessions, you can be sitting or lying down. You can also use a Yoga mat and you can be indoors or outdoors in the privacy of your home or office. This will be a total relaxation session experience, as you follow my suggestions of visualization, you might fall asleep, but it is ok because your subconscious can still hear me and you will benefit the same.
