A Walk in the Park;
We will Tour de Parks of the area. One at a time.
This Week: Exercise Tr & Andy Cove:
We are the Sloth Walking Team: “We will get there when we get there.” We dare to go where the ‘real’ hike groups don’t !!

Pat M will lead on the Exercise Tr & Andy Cove Loop in Pisgah Forest. Up to 12 ppl are welcome to join her.
Hike Distance: 2.25mi RT; Accum ascent: 200 ft; Pace: 1.5mph
Difficulty: Moderate; Mostly flat earthen trail. Possible rockhop creek Xings.
Masticating will be ‘in motion’.
Apprx return time: 12noon (=1.75 hrs)
Weather Check: Brevard, NC
Weather cancellations will be posted at 6:30am.
OPTIONAL: Late lunch after the hike.
THIS IS A DOG-PARTICIPANT HIKE. This event is NOT for those who are uncomfortable with the antics of fun-loving dogs. Dogs (and Masters) required to be ‘on-leash'...

Remember - hikes hosted by ‘the Curmudgeon’ tend to have challenging surprises.
Route: Andy Cove Tr ~~to English Chapel~~ to Art Loeb Trhd & Back to Ranger Station.
If the bridge is open, we’ll go to the English Chapel.
Due to recent events, Ouija boards are no longer permitted.
All hikes are at your own risk. You are responsible for your OWN safety and adequate equipment.
