As places are limited, an RSVP on Meetup does not secure your place. If you'd like to attend, please message me directly. Your place will be confirmed once payment has been received. This workshop is being run on a non-profit basis, with the £30 contribution covering the cost of the venue, materials and associated event expenses.
This first REBIRTH workshop has been created primarily for existing Hear My Voice Book Club members, as they'll already be familiar with the supportive, reflective and interactive nature of our sessions. If you're new to Hear My Voice and feel this experience is right for you, please read the information below carefully before deciding whether this workshop is a good fit. If it resonates, I'd love to hear from you.

REBIRTH: Write Your Story, Your Way!
A One-Day Transformational Experience
What if the life you're meant to live begins with the story you choose to write?

📅 Tuesday 28th July 2026
📍 Central Manchester (Full venue details will be provided once your place has been confirmed.)
🕥 10:30am – 5:30pm
(Optional dinner afterwards with members who are staying at the hotel. Everyone is welcome to join us.)

The Invitation
You've read the chapters that shaped you. They were never meant to be the final chapter.
The chapters ahead are yours to write.
This is not a day of simply listening. REBIRTH is an intimate, highly interactive experience where you'll explore the story you've been living, discover how it has shaped your life, and begin consciously writing the story you truly want to live. You'll be supported every step of the way in a safe, encouraging environment alongside like-minded people who are also ready to step into their next chapter.

Investment £30 per person
This event is being run on a non-profit basis. Your contribution helps cover the cost of the venue, materials and associated event expenses. Payment is required 24 hours before the event to secure your place.
As places are limited, payments are non-refundable. However, if you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your place to another member. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent the event from taking place, a full refund will be provided.

Throughout the day we'll explore
• The story you inherited before you even had a choice.
• The beliefs, labels and expectations that have shaped your life.
• The gap between where you are today and where your heart is calling you.
• Practical ways to transform your past into one of your greatest strengths instead of your greatest limitation.
• Creating a compelling vision for the future you're choosing to live.

We'll combine teachings and practical exercises inspired by
• Abraham Hicks (Esther Hicks)
• Joe Dispenza
• Bob Proctor
• Tony Robbins
• Yinka Banto's own Awareness Method and life experiences.

Some of what you'll experience
• Guided awareness and transformational exercises
• Guided Meditations
• Mindset and abundance work
• Physical state change exercises
• A powerful Mastermind process inspired by Bob Proctor's "333" method, where one person shares a challenge while the group offers perspectives and possibilities. You simply listen, reflect and take what resonates, without needing to defend or justify your current situation.
• Practical tools you can continue using long after the workshop ends.

Yinka's Story
Throughout the day I'll also share parts of my own journey.
How awareness transformed my life.
How I learnt to move from fear to freedom.
From surviving to truly living.
From feeling lost to living with purpose.
Not because my life became perfect but because I learnt to see my story differently.

What to bring
• A willingness to be open.
• Your favourite lunch, or you're welcome to purchase food locally or from the hotel.
• Everything else, including your workbook and stationery will be provided.

Venue
The workshop will be held at Motel One Royal Exchange, right in the heart of Central Manchester, just a short walk from the shopping district and museums if you'd like to explore before or after the event.

🍷 Alcohol & Recreational Drugs
This experience is built on presence, awareness and connection. To help create a safe and supportive environment for everyone, we ask that alcohol and recreational drugs are not consumed before or during the workshop. Anyone who arrives under the influence may be unable to participate and may be asked to leave without a refund.

🚭 Smoking & Vaping
As I have a respiratory condition, I kindly ask that if you choose to smoke or vape, you do so well away from the hotel entrance and meeting room before returning to the workshop. Thank you for your kindness and understanding in helping create a comfortable environment for everyone.

Confidentiality
Creating a safe space Everything shared within the group is treated with respect and confidentiality. Everyone is encouraged to share only what feels right for them, and we ask that any personal stories shared during the workshop remain confidential and are not discussed outside the room.

🏨 Accommodation If you wish to stay overnight, hotel accommodation will need to be booked directly with Motel One Royal Exchange. At the time of writing, room rates range from approximately £67–£110 per night, depending on room type and availability. I am currently liaising with the hotel manager to see whether a preferential rate can be secured, or whether current prices can be held for Hear My Voice Book Club members wishing to stay overnight. If I'm able to arrange this, I'll update everyone as soon as possible.

♿ Accessibility Motel One Royal Exchange is an accessible venue. The meeting room is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible via a ramp. The hotel also has a lift providing access to other areas of the building, including guest accommodation. If you have any accessibility requirements or need additional support, please let me know in advance and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
