Join us for this special event! In place of an ECK Light and Sound Service, on October 18 at 10:30 a.m. we are featuring a 45-minute video talk, The Quest for God Consciousness, by Doug Kunin, the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master.

This talk was recorded in February 2026, at the Temple of ECK in Chanhassen, Minnesota. In this featured talk, Doug Kunin shares keys to living the spiritual life to its fullest potential. His stories bring out the timeless teachings of ECK that can help you find truth—and more freedom, wisdom, and love in your life.

These special video recordings of talks by Doug Kunin provide a unique opportunity to gain insight and golden wisdom that can aid you in your own spiritual quest to cultivate a direct, personal relationship with Divine Spirit and to realize your highest spiritual potential.

Eckankar’s mission is to bring light and hope to everyone who is looking to know truth, to know themselves more fully, and to grow closer to God. This global teaching is focused on direct personal experience with Divine Spirit through dreams, creative contemplative practices, and Soul Travel. Doug Kunin emphasizes that the highest truth is written in every person’s heart, and that the purpose of the ECK teachings is to awaken the God knowledge already within each Soul.

This will be followed by an opportunity for discussion with other spiritual adventurers.
Spiritual conversations are a wonderful way to share stories, ideas, insights, and personal experiences about a variety of topics that show how Spirit is working in your life. These discussions are relaxed, welcoming, genuine and are for anyone who wants to explore their spiritual life more deeply with others in open-hearted conversation.
