Join AAA Art Lovers Australia for a special Art Escape to Adelaide to experience Monet to Matisse: Defying Tradition, an extraordinary international exhibition presented exclusively at the Art Gallery of South Australia.

Featuring 57 masterworks from the renowned Toledo Museum of Art in the United States, this landmark exhibition traces one of the most transformative periods in art history—from Impressionism and Post-Impressionism to Cubism, Surrealism and Abstract Expressionism.
Discover iconic works by Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Paul Cézanne, Edgar Degas, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Piet Mondrian, Berthe Morisot, Helen Frankenthaler, Robert Rauschenberg, James McNeill Whistler and many more.

Explore the Exhibition
Following the guided tour, members are welcome to revisit favourite artworks, explore the exhibition at their own pace and continue conversations inspired by the morning's experience.

Lunch
Venue: Gallery Café
Enjoy a relaxed lunch together while sharing impressions from the exhibition and exchanging different perspectives on the remarkable works we've experienced.
Food and beverages are at each participant's own expense.

Discover one of Australia's leading centres for contemporary craft and design, renowned for exceptional ceramics, glass, furniture, jewellery and metalwork by Australian makers.

### 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm

Immersive Light and Art | ILA
Conclude the afternoon with an immersive contemporary art experience where light, technology and creativity transform space into extraordinary sensory installations—a striking contrast to the masterpieces of the morning.
