Chippendale Art Trail | First Nations to Contemporary

Some of Sydney's finest art can't be found in a single gallery—it's discovered by wandering from one creative space to another.

It's time to explore the artistic heart of Chippendale and beyond.
Our journey begins at Art Leven (formerly Cooee Art), Australia's oldest exhibiting gallery dedicated to First Nations artists. We'll then continue to White Rabbit Gallery, home to one of the world's leading collections of contemporary Chinese art, before finishing at aMBUSH Gallery---where contemporary art, design and urban creativity come together.

And, there's more to enjoy along the way—Spice Alley, one of Sydney's favourite food destinations, where we'll gather for lunch and continue our conversations.

Our Journey
11:30 am – CCC | Crew Coffee Connect
Venue: Krepe Creperie & Café
Meet fellow AAA Art Lovers over coffee before we begin our art trail together.

12:00 pm – Art Leven
Australia's oldest exhibiting fine art gallery dedicated to First Nations artists.
We'll explore museum-quality works by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists while discovering the richness, diversity and cultural significance of First Nations art.

1:00 pm – Foodies & Arties Delight
Venue: Spice Alley
A relaxed lunch together to share our favourite discoveries from the morning.

2:00 pm – White Rabbit Gallery
Discover one of the world's most significant collections of 21st-century Chinese contemporary art, housed in a beautifully converted industrial warehouse. Admission is free, and every exhibition offers a fresh and thought-provoking perspective on contemporary China.

3:30 pm – aMBUSH Gallery
Conclude the afternoon with contemporary exhibitions where art, design and creative culture come together, showcasing emerging artists and innovative creative practices.

4:15 pm
Event concludes.
