What:

This is a free public outdoor sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gong, standing bell sound bath meditation. This group is less talkative. We gather to create a peaceful, uplifting and healing environment. We all come from all walks of life.

Who should join?

People who love sound healing. People who are open minded to coming out of the house and being around people. People who are coming for self love, peace and community. People who are open to sharing a little about their week. People who like to be outdoor with nature and meditative in a natural environment with occasional noise.
What we actually do.

Meet EVERY Sundays 2pm at 2929 Unity Drive / Either Outside or Inside of the Pyramid** (except major holidays)*

• There is a 35 - 40 Minute Sound Bath
  *Before we start we share a little from our heart (optional)
• We start with 5 Omms
  *The experience is a journey of different healing sounds
• Each experience is different according to the vibes of the sharing
  *At the end, we share about how we feel
• During the experience, you can lay down, do yoga, walk meditation, make art, do anything but quietly. You can leave anytime no questions asked.

*nothing ( but we will be on grass/dirt)

• open mind
