***What:***

This is a **free public outdoor sound bath** with crystal singing bowls, gong, standing bell sound bath meditation. This group is **less talkative**. We gather to create a **peaceful, uplifting and healing** environment. We all come from all walks of life.

**Where?**

We are at Menil Park under the biggest tree there.

***Who should join?***

People who **love sound healing**. People who are **open minded** to **coming out of the house** and being around people. People who are coming for **self love**, **peace** and **community**. People who are open to **sharing a little about their week**. People who like to be **outdoor with nature** and meditative in a natural environment with occasional noise.
What we actually do.

* Meet **EVERY Sundays** ***2pm at Menil Park*** *(except major holidays)*
* There is a **35 - 40 Minute Sound Bath**
* Before we start we **share a little from our heart** (optional)
* We start with **5 Omms**
* The experience is a **journey** of different healing sounds
* Each experience is **different** according to the **vibes of the sharing**
* At the **end**, we **share** about how we feel
* During the experience, you can lay down, do yoga, walk meditation, make art, do anything but quietly. You can leave anytime no questions asked.

**What to bring**

* nothing ( but we will be on grass/dirt)
* yoga mat
* cushion
* water
* insect repellent
* open mind
