every first Tuesday of the month we gather at Unity of Houston for a sound healing Journey to help relax The mind body and connect with the spirit. This is a free or donation based event so everyone is welcomed.
Please arrive early for the best spots and bring your yoga mats or meditative cushions for comfort. There will be resin incense burned during the meditation so if you're sensitive please be aware.
