Formal Opening of Cullen Bridge postponed till after 7/5/15

Time/date tbc. Formal opening ceremony of the new pedestrian / cycle bridge over the River Beam nr Western Avenue Dagenham and Breton's Outdoor Recreation Centre in Elm Park. The bridge will be named after Michael Cullen, the veteran walking campaigner who is/was 80 on 28 April. Happy Birthday!
