Ecstatic Dance & Movement Medicine

This taster event of Movement Medicine is designed to help you connect with your body, express yourself through movement and cultivate self-awareness. Through guided exercises and free-form dance, you will have the opportunity to explore your inner world whilst being held in a supportive environment.

Whether you are new to Ecstatic Dance or a seasoned mover, this workshop offers a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. If you are feeling a bit shy or self conscious but would like to try then please come along - it will all be facilitated so nothing to do but dance and connect!

The event will take place at Move@HD1 dance studios in Huddersfield town centre. If you plan to drive, there is Bath Street car park nearby (£1.30/hr). It is a 5 minute walk from the train station.
