Movement Medicine is designed to help you connect with your body and express yourself through rhythm. Through guided exercises and free-form dance, you will have the opportunity to explore your inner world whilst being in a supportive environment. If you are feeling self conscious but would like to try then please do come along as it will be facilitated.
The event will take place at Move@HD1 dance studios in Huddersfield town centre. If you plan to drive, there is Bath Street car park nearby (£1.10/hr). It is a 5 minute walk from the train station.
