Ecstatic Dance & Movement Medicine 7th February

Movement Medicine helps you to connect with your body through rhythm and free-form dance whilst being held in a supportive environment. No previous experience required and the session will be facilitated by The Dance Doctor.

Dr. Kirran Ahmad, a medical doctor, DJ and dance facilitator is redefining healing through rhythm and movement. Kirran bridges science and art to create safe & inclusive spaces for self-expression and wellbeing

The event will take place at Move@HD1 dance studios in Huddersfield town centre. If you plan to drive, Bath Street car park is nearby.
