Want to learn more about another culture through their dance? Then please come join us for Mexican Folkloric Dance classes at DANCE AND THEATER ARTS! This is adult open level class. Learn this beautiful cultural dance form of Mexico from an amazing teacher and performer! It is not often we have an opportunity to learn about other cultures through the arts, and this opportunity promises not only to be a great experience in dance, but will be very informative. It will deepen our appreciation of our Mexican. In addition to teaching the dance classes, Karina will be showcasing authentic Mexican dance costumes and talking about the history and music that represents the amazing Folklore Dance from Mexico. Neighbors through their art! WHEN: Mondays 6:00-7:30 COST: 20.00 per class or 180.00 for a 10 class card WHERE: 7270 S Broadway Red Hook, NY 12571 Entrance is on the Hardscrabble Plaza, where Holy Cow is located. Just look for the Hana Sushi entrance and the double doors to the left bring you into the plaza. The door takes you to an inside plaza and we are the door straight ahead on a diagonal!

Please wear character shoes or (Mexican Folkloric Dance Shoes) if you have them.We cannot have street shoes on the dance floor.

Or we recommend that you clean any comfortable shoe or tennis shoes very well from the sole, and put them in the classroom please.Dress in something you can move freely in.

O recomendamos limpiar muy bien la suela de algún par de zapatos o tenis confortable, y ponérselos en la clase de Danza por favor.
