What we’re about
HVSM stands for Hudson Valley and Sacred Mountain Ecstatic Dance! All are welcome, near and far. Events will be held virtually and in person. DJ's will vary by event and will be facilitated by MJ. Ecstatic dance is an emotional, physical and spiritual experience that is shared in a safe, open environment where the purpose includes, but is not limited to connecting with ourselves, each other, and expressing together our core creation of love and light in the essence of free form movement.
