Stewart State Forest Hike/Walk!!!

Let's visit Stewart State Forest for an easy 4.8 mile hike/walk. This is good for beginners in GOOD SHAPE, you must be able to walk at a good pace for at least 2 hours. If you are slower you may want to skip this event. Dogs welcome. We will likely dine afterwards. We will likely encounter mud/water that sneakers won't appreciate.

Meet at the Ridge Road parking area in Coldenham/Montgomery/Rock Tavern. See the map. It is very close to Dempsey Pipe, you can see the intersection just up ahead from there.

Hiking boots are mandatory for this hike as well as water, snacks, first aid. We will be on old roads for part of it but woody trails for the rest. If you are allergic to poison ivy you will want to carry hand sanitizer.
I'll update if the weather looks icky, usually by 8am.

If you can't make it please change your RSVP. 2 no-shows are deletion from the group. $2 Meetup fee. Late back-outs are another reason to be deleted from the group, please don't accumulate them.
