Lunch at the Farm

Please join us for a special catered Vegan luncheon
at Rose Hill Farm in Red Hook.

(North of Town, South of Greig Farm )

Time: 12:30 pm
Cost: $34 per person
Payment: Zelle or check will be official RSVP. Please go to: Hudson Valley Vegans Pay or Donate for payment and donation information. We ask that you submit payment for an event at least 8 days prior to the event to secure your reservation.

This meal will include a special HVV menu
prepared by Misto Eats. The family style meal
includes:

Fregola Semolina Salad
with dried Apricots, Dates, Turmeric, Cilantro, Citrus zest,
Carrots, Celery, Onions an Olive Oil
Black-Eyed Pea Fritters
with Tahini, Garlic, and lemon dipping sauce
Chickpea Curry
with Coconut milk, Lemongrass, Garlic, Ginger, Potatoes
and Squash
Coconut Rice
Brownie Bites
Oatmeal Everything cookies
with Banana, Chocolate chips, Pecans and Cinnamon

A cash bar featuring Vegan Wine, Vegan Cider and Beer
will be available for purchase.

Please bring your own dinnerware and cutlery to help save the
environment. We look forward to seeing you at the Farm!
